FAQ
Who is the Light Studio Membership for?
For the person who keeps saying, “I really need to make time for this.” If you're ready to turn that intention into action, the Light Membership gives you a place to show up, make progress, and surround yourself with people doing the same.
What if I'm not sure I'll use it enough?
You don't have to have it all figured out before you join. Sometimes having a place to go is what makes it easier to actually show up, make progress, and turn the thing you've been thinking about into something real.
What opportunities can come from being part of Kinship?
You never really know who you're going to meet or what might come from being in the room. Kinship brings together designers, founders, freelancers, photographers, stylists, marketers, and other people working across the fashion industry. When you're here regularly, conversations turn into introductions, collaborations, referrals, and opportunities you couldn't have planned for.
Do I need to have an established business to join?
Not at all. Kinship is for people who are building something, not just people who have already built it. You don't need a finished collection, a big client list, or a fully formed business to have a place to start.
Why do I need a coworking space if I can work from home?
You can build something alone from home, but you don't have to. Being around people who understand what you're working toward can be motivating, less isolating, and make it a lot easier to make progress.
Is a Kinship membership really worth investing in?
It can be, especially if you're ready to make your work a bigger part of your life. You're not just paying for a place to work. You’re putting yourself in a room with other people who are building things too. That means more connections, more conversations, and more opportunities that might not happen if you're working on your own. And, of course, you get a really nice place to actually do the work.
