WHAT IS THE EMERGING DESIGNER GRANT?

A 3-month residency at Kinship for recent grads who want to keep working on their craft after school.

You’ll get access to studio space, equipment, and a creative community, so you can stay in motion post-graduation.

THE DETAILS

We’re offering 3 fully funded spots for a 3-month residency at Kinship.

This is for designers who are serious about continuing their practice and want a space to do it.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

  • You just graduated (or are about to)

  • You want to keep designing but don’t have the space/resources

  • You’re self-motivated and ready to stay in it

  • You don’t want to do this alone

Not for you if you’re looking for a passive workspace or aren’t planning to actively use it.

HOW IT WORKS

Steps:

1. Fill out a short application

2. Submit your portfolio

3. Tell us what you want to work on

Nothing crazy. We just want to get a feel for you and your work.
